Exercise Cautions

•      Do not arch your back.

•      Avoid doing any exercises standing, if you can do them lying down or sitting.

•      Do not pull knees toward your chest – pick them up with your hands under the knees.

•      Don’t leave your head flat on the floor when lying on your back—tuck your chin in.

•      Avoid a tight stretch at the beginning and move slowly out of a stretch.

•      Avoid exercises or workout activities that are way above your fitness level.

Avoid a negative workout:-

  • Jumping to conclusion
  • Squatting illegally
  • Running from responsibilities
  • Skipping important dates
  • Hopping to succeed
  • Leaning on others
  • Stressing out
